I use both...the skills on the first 3-4 slots I use numbers, the rest I use mouse. The way I have it set up..I walk with the WASD keys..so its an easy reach for me.

I might try out the using numbers for 1 - 4 for skills and the rest for the mouse, using WASD to move, it might be easier to use numbers.

I use mouse but I know its bad, my wireless mouse can be a bit techy as well, many failed farm runs because of it.
